DESCRIPTION:2022 FHIMA Annual Convention\n  \nThe 2022 FHIMA Annual Convention will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa on July 17-20. Visit the FHIMA website for more event details. \nYES HIM Consulting will be attending the 2022 FHIMA Annual Convention. Be sure to visit us at Booth #514. \nYES President and CEO Karen Youmans will discuss the historical background of coding compliance audits and AHIMA’s policy in her presentation\, “How to Make the Most of your Inpatient\, Outpatient\, and ProFee Coding Compliance Audits\,” on Tuesday\, July 19. Attendees will learn about the HCCA-OIG Compliance Program elements and how to make the audit data work for them. \nThe convention will also present an opportunity to share the Inpatient Coder Graduate Development Program\, which aims to mentor and train Inpatient coders for the real world. The coder graduates will undergo coding education and mentoring\, then have the opportunity to be placed with a large health system.
