HCC coding, consulting, and auditing is one of YES HIM Consulting’s many niche specialties. During a recent HCC consulting project, YES consultants assisted a medical product software company with research, analysis, and recommendations to bridge the gap between technology and medical coding.
The FY 2023 IPPS Proposed Rule draft was released on April 18th, and will be published in the May 10, 2022 Federal Register. Comments on the rule will be accepted until June 17, 2022, with the Final Rule expected in early August and implementation of all changes on October 1, 2022.
