YES, which stands for “Youmans Executive Source,” was founded by President and CEO Karen Youmans with a clear mission: to educate coders on the transition to ICD-10. What began as a specialized education firm has since expanded to encompass every aspect of HIM, from medical coding and auditing to clinical documentation improvement, denials remediation, and provider education.
